The organisation is constantly seeking sponsorship from schools, private institutions, and government agencies to accommodate these beneficiaries.
The organisation hosts fundraisers, donation drives, charity concerts, and music education programmes in partnership with schools and local government units across the United Kingdom.
The chosen beneficiaries receive free music classes and new or slightly used instruments donated by sponsors.

The work of artists or performers for display are selected by the organisation through previous confirmation from a professional body of the media industry composed of volunteers, which judge the level of professionalism of artists with some career experience and level of career development of beginners. Since the professional body approves the artists, it's indicated for a selection process carried by the Hexagonal Foundation trustees with the same criteria.
Artists or performers have the personal benefit arising from displaying or performing their work at events managed by the Hexagonal Foundation, not only for gaining professional experience - that is the most difficult factor to achieve currently - but also for networking, being seen by consolidated producers, portfolio building, income improvement via performance prizes and self-promotion.
All events give the chance for independent artists to be featured on the news through collective advertisement campaigns.
The trustees are satisfied that personal benefit is incidental to achieving the organisation's purposes by measuring the need for support of the young, vulnerable and disabled people without professional experience or unprepared for the job market from certain communities.
The main goal is not only to provide professional experience opportunities for independent artists but also to bring awareness about social problems to the audience.
The Hexagonal Foundation events are projected in a very dynamic way, providing benefits to performers and also the attendees, which overlap any personal benefits incidentally attached to the situation.
